Postage: £5.00 for orders under £45. For orders over £45, postage is free.

If you have an item to return please return to us in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund (excluding any postage costs).

We ask that you keep all original packaging as we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund without this. We do not offer a free returns service so all costs for return will be at your own cost. 

You are responsible for packing the item appropriately. Any items that arrive back damaged due to inappropriate packaging will not be refunded.

Any items made to order are non-refundable (including Charles Robertson jewellery). All earrings are non-returnable.  This guarantees the hygiene safety of our customers when choosing such items from Marehalm’s jewellery range.

When returning any items, you must obtain proof of postage of your return. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. With faulty or damaged goods please send us an email at within 48hrs and then we can agree on a replacement or refund.
