Delivery & returns policy
We only deliver within the UK Mainland. Delivery will take 3-5 working days. Made to order items will take 5-10 working days
Postage: £5.00 for orders under £50. For orders over £50, postage is free.
Christmas gift purchases (excluding Christmas decorations) made after 25th November 2017 are eligible for return until 15th January 2018. Our usual terms and conditions apply as detailed below.
If you have an item to return please return to us in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund (excluding any postage costs).
We asked that you keep all original packaging as we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund without this. We do not offer a free returns service so all costs for return will be at your own cost.
You are responsible for packing the item appropriately. Any items that arrive back damaged due to inappropriate packaging will not be refunded.
Any items made to order are non-refundable.

When returning any items, you must obtain proof of postage of your return. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. With faulty or damaged goods please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48hrs and then we can agree on a replacement or refund.
